I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean, connected to each other via secured doors, which was quite convenient. The hotel even managed to accommodate an extra day for me on short notice. However, there were some issues with the service; we had a mishap with forgotten towels one day. The food quality and variety left a lot to be desired, but the staff, especially Karolina at the Bambu restaurant, went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The location was very convenient, right next to the mall but with some drawbacks in price and quality.
